Yellow completely stopped working on my printhead. I cleaned my old one many times but yellow never worked. Bought this printhead for less than $20. Installed it. Printer went through setup and all colors now work like new. Saved me from having to replace my printer. My HP 7520 had no problems recognizing the printhead as a genuine HP product.

Thought my HP 7525 was "Done" but having a full set of unopened back up ink cartridges ( about $ 125.00 worth ) I needed to try solving the problem rather than replacing the printer. My local Office Supply stores could get a prinhead however, at a cost of almost $100.00 I didn't want to take a chance it wouldn't fix the problem. Decided to check Amazon & found Jahyshow offering a reconditioned unit for less than $20. Most reviews were positive so I took a chance. The new head arrived a day earlier than estimated & Better Yet resolved the problem I was having. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of using Jahyshow. Thanks folks for a great value

Printer was not printing black (standard, not photo) and cleaning the existing head did not remedy the problem. The new part was delivered promptly, installed easily, and fixed the problem! A quick aside note is that if the printer still does not print certain colors after replacing the head, it may take replacing the ink cartridges with new ones and letting the printer sit idle for 24-48 hours for the ink to “settle” into the new head.

Printer stopped working with error message (something bad printer head) after installing a new print cartridge. A new print head from HP was not worth the cost for an older printer (as mine is). But the printer had functioned well and I still had spare cartridges for it. So I purchased this print head at a great price. Installed it and all is good. Well worth it.

Worked great! My printer had been in storage so some of the ink worked but the ink was old, so then bought new ink cartridges which at first were not recognized, then followed directions to clean the printer head then that part had error message that it was damaged and didnt work, so found this product and read the description thoroughly along with the reviews and took a chance because I had purchased the ink. I was very happy when the it worked for my printer! Thanks.,

Wasn't sure this would fix my printer's problems (HP Photosmart 7520) but took the chance. Removal and replacement was as simple as replacing an ink cartridge. Printer is working really well now.

I was skeptical that this would resolve my error, but I had tried everything else to keep my 7520 alive including spending over $100 on additional ink... I ended up purchasing a replacement printer altogether for my immediate needs , but ended up coming back to try this part to revive the dead HP as a secondary printer option..Quick snap in, reinstalled the cartridges, powered on, tested great.For less than $20 , I can get the value out of the $100+ in ink before I retire this printer all together.

First, you have no clue of when it's actually arriving or by what company? Amazon said USPS and Great Value Online Store said DHL. The tracking number given did not work on either site. I had to actually email Great Value for tracking it. Gina with Great Value was the only positive through this, she kept updating me with screenshots of delivery. Secondly, the printer head finally shows up AND it doesn't even work!!! Don't waste your time or money on this product!!!!
