Makes deck staining almost a pleasure
Before I used this kind of brush last year I aways used a roller. A roller is a wasteful way to stain a deck. It doesn't apply as well as. a brush and doesn't get down between the deck boards if they are spaced. This brush holds the stain so well and gets so much better coverage it is amazing. I highly advise using this excellent brush next time you have to stain a large surface area. I ruined my brush last year when I forgot to clean it when I finished staining. I was so relieved when I found it again on Amazon. None of the box stores around me had anything equivalent.

perfect for applying stain to large surface
Love this brush for applying stain/clear coat to the 12" logs of our log home. Would be perfect for 2x6 deck boards too. Applies alot of stain smoothly and evenly.

Sturdy brush
I used this brush for my line wash wall, I was able to use it for 4 coats with no problems. It does get heavier after holding it for a while but I'd assume it's the same with any big brush. Feels nice quality too
