3/4" Brass Garden Hose Connector with Dual Swivel for Male Hose to Male Hose, Double Female

I'm pretty sure I'm not doing anything wrong. Both ends are screwed on tightly. But the connection between the two is loose so water gushes out.

Useless, water literally pours out the joint in the middle

Used once but then leaked profusely from centre so became useless.

Their excellent customer support help me track the item and then very quickly arranged a refund when I mentioned that I was unhappy with the product. They were so good that I've given this review two stars.However this product simply doesn't work. It's swivels in the middle but the seal isn't watertight. So when I connect the hoses water just pours out.I would recommend purchasing something from this vendor as they are very helpful but this particular product I would avoid.

It leaks bit but connected hose to sprinkler so for a few £ it's worth it.
