🎶 Elevate Your Performance with Every Note!
The Fender Stratocaster Neck features a roasted maple construction with a flat oval profile, a 12”-radius fingerboard, and 22 jumbo frets, ensuring both playability and durability. Its gloss urethane finish on the fingerboard and headstock face, combined with a satin finish on the back, provides a stylish look while the modern truss rod adjustment allows for easy customization.

Not bad . . . Not bad at all. Love the 12" radius.
It's a genuine Fender Made in Mexico neck . . . Satin smooth on the back of neck, pau ferro is lighter than rosewood, but looks nice with some oil. I love 12" radius and that's the main reason I got this neck. A good factory neck. It did need some work: fret ends are good enough as expected for a factory neck. Not bad. I could leave them as is but will eventually smooth them out a bit more. I've seen worse. The nut needed to be slotted because the action was waaay to high at the nut. I gave the truss rod a quarter turn . . . You may not need to do that. That's it . . . Fit like a glove into my MIM Fender Player Series body that came with a 22 fret neck like this replacement. Also needs 2 string trees which are not included.

Great neck but set your expectations
Many of the negative reviews ding this for either the fact that the nut needs to be cut or the frets need a fret-dressing. These are both true of this neck and you should know that before you buy. The nut needs to be cut and, for best results, a fret dressing once set up in your guitar will help as well. A neck is not a 1:1 part you can reasonably expect to hot-swap in the way some people might think. If you’re considering this as an upgrade, be aware that you will need to adjust truss, saddles, neck angle (shim), neck alignment, cut the nut, and (ideally) dress the frets. If you can’t do these yourself you’ll need to factor the cost of a professional set-up as part of your upgrade budget. In a nutshell: this is very much a “DIY” type of upgrade. All of that said: I’m really very happy with this neck. The one I received has a really nice feeling non-glossy finish which feels very comfortable. I was able to install this neck into a Squier Strat to bring new life and a much more comfortable feel and playability to it.

Great way to improve the performance of your stratocaster guitar
Purchased this on amazon fulfilled by the good people at Music Zoo. Came shipped triple boxed - big shipping box then a brown factory sealed cardboard outer Fender box with the actual white Fender neck box inside. Neck looks and feels terrific - very smooth feel with lovely fretwork and smooth fret edges. Edges seem to be sanded to conform to recent Fender guitar offerings where the edges are rolled slightly for more comfort while playing. Lighter and more resonant than the original neck - very happy with the result. I did end up replacing the original Fender nut with a tusq equivalent - you may wish to do the same for best results.

Quality piece, but pricey
I was able to get an Amazon warehouse return for below the current $299 price tag- it was advertised as “Like New,” but probably should’ve been rated one step below, as “Very Good,” as it was showing a bit of wear from the previous customer’s installation, and was missing the nut.The neck itself is gorgeous, pictures can’t really do wood detailing and finishing justice- it stands out very well amongst my other Fender Strats.Playability-wise, the glossy finish on the fretboard feels like it might take a while to properly break in, but the density and resonance it gives back makes it worth it.Fender is now offering roasted maple necks on some of their Squier guitars; for maybe $100 more than the price of this neck alone, you can get a whole guitar with one already on it- so if you’re really curious, I’d probably recommend going that route to give roasted maple a try.If you already know you love this fit and finishing on a neck, and have a guitar that could use a new one, this is a pretty good investment, if you’re planning on keeping that instrument around for the long haul.

The neck makes the guitar.
I have a strat that I’ve been trying to figure out the “profile” for years. It wasn’t a C, a modern C, a V, a D. It was something different. The flat oval is by far the closest I’ve found yet.I play big fat strings (11s/12s) , and I like to bend. Big bends. The jumbo frets really allow you to get under the string. Really remarkable how much difference it makes.I put this neck on a build, replaced a marginal neck. Getting a true side by side, a neck really makes the difference in how a guitar feels, plays, and in the end how it sounds. My ONLY complaint is that there aren’t other color options. This would be a perfect solution for my strat that needs a re-fret, but the color doesn’t go with the body.Invest in a file to dress and round the fret ends, as well as the files to cut the nut. No other specialty tools needed. Swap tuning pegs, drill string tree, 4 bolts and it swaps right in.The quality of this neck far surpasses other Mexican manufacturer (love them to death) strats.

If you like a thinner neck..
Beautiful neck. If you like a thinner neck then this is for you. Measured .780 at the first fret. The pao ferro fingerboard, roasted neck and headstock are a great looking and feeling combination. Fretwork is good. The nut is unfinished, as personal tastes differ, and must be slotted to the correct depth for the player’s preference.

Genuine Fender quality
I am in love with this Fender Roasted Maple guitar neck. This neck looks fantastic, and installation was a breeze, with all the holes for the body, and tuners already done.

Sounds… like plastic.
Construction is fine on these necks, but they have a very specific sound to them that I’ve come to dislike quite a bit. I feel it’s probably from the enormous amount of polyurethane used all over the thing. Sounds “glassy,” “honky,” “cold,” “sterile.” I have one of these Mexican necks on a Tele and on a Strat of mine as well. Same exact terrible tone coming from both guitars. I stopped playing both guitars entirely, preferring my Gibsons instead. Now that I’ve replaced the neck on my Tele with something orders of magnitude better, I thought I’d drop by here and warn you off, whoever you are. Go to Warmoth or Allparts instead. Just don’t buy one of these. They’re too expensive and they sound like trash. You’re only paying for a logo.

It fits a MIM stratocaster like a glove
No mods needed. A bit pricey but you should be very satisfied with the product. You will need to install 1 or 2 string tree, replace the plastic nut by a Graph Tech TUSQ XL for more stability of intonation.Highly recommended.

Awesome guitar neck.
This is my third neck I have bought from Amazon and very happy with them all. This roasted maple neck with tall frets is amazing. Looks great and most importantly plays great. I checked before installing all frets are leveled with no issues. I did replace the nut with a graph tech. The supplied nut would have worked and would have required nut filing but that is to be expected. I installed this on a mim strat body that I also purchased through Amazon.

Manico fatto per chi cerca la velocità
The media could not be loaded.
