Makes a fairly smooth cut and is a well built tool. It does not cut straight though!! Cuts all tile at a very slight arch which was frustrating.

Good product.
Makes cutting so easy and is a great tool to have if you need to cut pieces. Does leave a little edge when cutting but make sure you score it well first and then break.

Eh, OK for quick and unexposed cuts.
I agree with the other lower reviews- this is very difficult to get a decent, straight cut. I used it on tiles that would be hidden by trim, successfully, but scrapped a few or had to touch them up with the tile saw/grinder. Maybe porcelain is more difficult than ceramic? There's no way you can get by with just this if any of your cuts will be exposed.

Cuts not acceptable for exposed tile.
This is the first time I've tried to use a cutter. I've always used a wet saw with success. I bought it to use on porcelain tiles for a bathroom shower. The cutter makes irregular cuts with jagged edges on porcelain & even ceramic tiles. Not acceptable for exposed cut tile. My MK porcelain blade just arrived and cuts great. Will be returned.
