One came with the silver metal “unglued” — glue had dried. I fixed it myself. These are larger and clunkier than most tissue boxes sold in USA — I wouldn’t buy again. I think they would have been more attractive all white resin without the gaudy silver top.

Heavy, high quality plastic and looks attractive. I really like it. However, the chrome lid was not attached to the body. I had the same issue with a coordinating waste basket. It appears that the manufacturer used the wrong type of glue. We fixed both by using silicone caulk. Hot glue would work as well. It is really a shame that the manufacturer does not have a robust quality control system to detect and reconfigure their product.

This product surpassed my expectations. It is solidly made and fits larger tissue boxes. It looks great in my bathroom.
