What I was missing!
I was so pumped when i found this vitamins because i had seen them at the store but they are SO expensive! I came across this one because of a friend, and she said she loved it. I started reading through the ingredients and really learning about all the rich components and what they do to you. These are all natural vitamins that your body NEEDS and because of a bad diet you just don't get enough of what you need. And check out what a "good diet" means! You should be intaking A TON of veggies and fruits. Being realistic, nobody does that, even if you try it's just not enough still. So I decided to get these vitamins. I want to be realistic about it and I haven't felt any huge difference in my life except for my skin and hair and my mood. My skin is clear, and it doesn't look oily shiny, it looks healthy dewy. My hair looks shinier. And I've just been a lot more relaxed and happy. My pharmacists said it had to be this supplement. I'm absolutely happy with the results and best of all, it's not like those kind of supplements that don't work after a while.
