Nice APU
Nice APU, working fine and it's stock cooler is awesome, on 100% load, my CPU temperature only touches 75'C with it's stock cooler and one case fan

The CPU that I got I think the fan was used because it has it's seal broken and there was no thermal paste pre applied on the CPU fan and there were scratches on the CPU fan bottom side and i placed a replacement order but it's taking to much time so I just used it in the build and there is no problem other than that the CPU or the CPU fan were used cpu was in good shape and there were no scratches only the fan has scratches on the heat sink.
