Got this for sever back pain as it was costing a fortune buying the use once heat pads! Really great, quick to hear in the microwave and start easing the pain almost immediately!

Was not worth the money, heat does not last long.

Since getting my first one my mum, my sisters and my mum again for her cousin overseas has taken each one I buy. I've had to get 5 in total to finally have one for myself. I think that says it all.

This heat pad is brilliant because you can wrap it round your body and it will stay in position whilst walking around because of the Velcro fastening. Stays hot for a long time and does what it's supposed to do Definitely recommend.

Is fantastic for cramps. I can wear it underneath of a jumper and covers all by belly. Super comfortable. I'm really happy with the product. Just to mins on the micro and ready to go. The best of it is that I don't need to hold it while I go around on the house. The only negative thing is that it needs to be warm more often (comparing to a hotwater bag)cos the heat goes away after an hour of time but it takes really little time to warm it up. Defo I recommend it.
