RED HEART with Love Metallic Yarn, Lime

Pretty color, very soft

Most foil threaded yarn isn’t very good. I’m very impressed with the quality of this company’s yarn. The foil didn’t snap as I was working, a very common problem with foil thread. I’ve used it to weave and to crochet, both items I’m making are standing up to the challenge quite well. The color of the yarn is beautiful and it washes well, too. I tried that before anything else, made sure it wasn’t going to fade when washed. Again, the foil thread of the yarn held strong, even through wash and dry! Will buy more yarn through this company, I’m that pleased.

The yarn was perfect for my "tinker fairy" amigurumi project. It was the perfect shade of bright spring green with a touch of sparkle. It was easy to work and soft. I will totally buy metallic yarn from Red Heart again.

The simmer streaks through it are pretty! I made a light weight scarf out of it and it was just the right amount to add tassels at the ends. Not really soft due to the simmer streak but not terribly scratchy either.

Its a nice yarn, soft and a beautiful color but please don't buy unless its a decent price.

I love this yarn. It holds together perfectly and the color is great. I do like the way the sparkles are not overpowering and just the right color too. I have already used this yarn and I love the outcome...

I used the metallic purple, green, fuchsia, and blue.The yarn isn't the softest, but it's really light and easy to work with. The green is supposed to be a lime shade, but skews a bit pea green for me. I bought it to work with the Red Heart With Love yarn and Red Heart Super Saver. For whatever reason, the purple metallic is a shade fatter than all the others, and the blue is a touch thinner. (Not sure if it's just the batch I got.)

Always use Red Heart Yarn. Been Crocheting for 10 or more years and there is nothing to compare to Red Heart.
