I noticed the measurements after I bought so that’s my fault but I was disappointed with the size. It’s a lot of money for this tiny little barrel. Not sure how easy it is to make the spiced rum so I’ll update my review once that’s complete. I feel like it’s more of a decorative piece than a useful one. Would not pay $70 for this tiny barrel.

Tried to get the barrel to stop leaking but no success. Contacted company and they sent sticky sealing wax which helped but still leakes on ends. Also, the spigot cracked over time and had to be replace. Also, the leaks are black liquid and stain the counter as well as the barrel. The company customer service has respond each time contacted but the barrel is such poor quality, it wont stop leaking. Probably will throw it away and chock it up to " got Ya".

my first barrel showed up and leaked. i contacted company and they sent me a new one without question. I am working on my second batch now with a different flavor. the engraving on the barrel is also a great touch.

This is the second barrel we purchased. It doesn’t last forever unfortunately, but we want to always have one on our bar!!! We love this product! And they always have great customer service.

I purchased this as a gift for Christmas. The item came earlier than expected, which I was super happy about. I unboxed the item to double check it and noticed the apostrophe had been left off the personalization. The space is there for it, so hopefully, I can find someone to add it before I have to wrap it. I’ve also never purchased one of these before. I hear something rattling around inside, so I hope that’s how it’s supposed to be.

This purchase was exactly what we were looking for. The company is Great! Item arrived ahead of time and we were kept apprised of it. The letters they send are absolutely the best! Would recommend them anytime!!

I bought this item as a gift for my boyfriend. We were both very excited to try it. His barrel was leaking during the process and when he reached out for help they were unable to locate my order, and therefore couldn’t help him. What a waste of $$.
