Rigged a bunch of batteries together to build a portal. A small vortex about the size of a dime opened up. I shoved a bunch of peanuts and some pens through and I'm yet to hear back. works fine.

When attempting to install this replacement battery I found that the 4 screw holes on the four corners of this rectangular battery were not exactly in alignment with the fixed receptacles for them in the case of the laptop. This caused some issues in reassembly. Ultimately, I had to leave one of the 4 screw out in order to keep from cross-threading the last one I attempted to install. Battery works fine, but the dimensions were definitely not like the original. The manufacturer or Amazon kept pestering me with at least 3 requests to leave a review. So, here it is.

I was looking for a battery replacement for my personal Dell Inspiron 7378 13" notebook. The original battery was ~ 2 years old and was barely holding 10 minutes unplugged. Acquiring a new original Dell battery was expensive and out of question. I was looking for unexpensive battery replacements and gave a try to "Domallk 42WH WDXOR Laptop Battery". For the past 1 month I have experienced no bad issues about so far. This battery is holding between 1h30 to 2h of charge unplugged in regular use (battery in better performance mode, wifi on, 5 Chrome open tabs, MS Word, etc). The reason I don't give 5 starts to this product is that the two accompanying screwdrivers are really bad. Don't count on them to do the job. Fortunately, I had good screwdrivers at home.

The battery came a day early and it fit/works perfectly. Easy to install in minutes and seems to hold 4+ hours of battery life now!! =) I didn't use the screwdrivers that came with it because I have my own but so far I'm very happy with the purchase. Fixed my laptop myself for a fraction of what it would have cost to take it in to a repair shop!!! =)

Bought this in August, 5 months later battery is bad. This battery had solid life for 3 months at most, past two months has lost charge quickly. Now need to replace an oem ac adapter, tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers. Stay away from this product.

I was quite satisfied with my purchase of the Domallk replacement battery for my Dell laptop. It was exactly what I needed, & seems to be working well. As an added bonus, the battery came with two screwdrivers, to help easily install the product.
