Some reviews dinged this item for taste, in most cases because it's not sweet. Yet I give it 5 stars, partly because it's not sweet. There is way too much sugar in the western diet. In my view, something that's supposed to be healthy shouldn't be sweet. The chocolate flavor is unique & bit on the lighter side, but that could be the flavor combination with some (or all) of the other ingredients. And with the added nutrition (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc) makes this is rather complete healthy/nutritional shake.

After completing the Equilife 7-Day Detox, I purchased the Chocolate DNS. I have made this in so many different ways. If using a shaker bottle, one scoop and 20 oz water gives a less chalky taste. For the best taste, I blended 2-scoops, 12 oz of unsweetened nut milk, half a banana, and 4 oz of ice in a Vitamix on highest setting for 2 minutes. It tastes amazing and is perfect as a meal replacement!

I developed allergies to gluten, soy and milk. This is the only multivitamin nutritional protein shake I am able to drink. I am so thankful to have found this product. I love the chocolate flavor. Hope one day they are able to make a ready-to-drink version in small bottles for those days you are on the run and unable to make it at home. I am also taking the probiotics capsules. They are amazing !

I prefer the chocolate over the vanilla. We mix it with unsweetened coconut milk and a banana! It tastes so good! Keeps me full until lunch time. Love all the benefits! Just wish it would come in a larger quantity… :)

After paying $40 and reading about the high nutritional benefits, I had high hopes. When I received the product, there was a big dent on the side and looked defected, it was fine inside. The taste was a bit chalky and could taste the powder with just half a scoop. Ripe bananas, peanut butter help mask the taste. A step up from whey powder but hard to justify the hefty $40 price tag.

So happy with the product and actually all products from equilibrium nutrition! This is my breakfast everyone morning. I drink it on my hour commute and it keeps me satiated until lunch. It’s so easy and taste great! Also you’re getting all the vitamins you need.... its a win win.

I love the chocolate flavor of this powder for my morning shakes. You receive a ton of vitamins and it tastes good- what else could you ask for ?

After having 2 scoops in a glass of water this morning, a subtle good feeling entered my being. It just crept upon me. I hesitated ordering because of the price, but it seems to be worth it. I'll soon know for sure.

I really wanted to try this but was sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but it’s seriously the most amazing protein I’ve ever had, let alone nutritional shake. I normally can’t stomach any due to the taste but you wouldn’t even know any of these ingredients are in there. I read a few comments seen ice is key and I totally agree. I have mine with some almond milk, a little extra organic cocoa powder and blend it with a heap of ice. Sometimes I will add a few drops of vanilla Stevia if I am craving something sweet. Seriously so good and so impressed, can’t find anything else like it. The only thing I would comment on is the price for the amount of servings you get, especially getting it delivered to Australia.
