These are made in the USA locally. Unlike other sellers we actually have in stock the items we are selling that can ship usually same day. We do not use drop shippers. The ceramic skull frag holder is made of inert ceramic that unlike cement doesn't need curing. The measurements are approx. 2.25"W x 3.25"D x 3"T.

Great product and service
The order arrived before expected and very securely packaged. The skull was in excellent condition with three frag plugs. Not as detailed as the sellers photo but I was more interested in size and general shape. I'm definitely going to pick up 1 or 2 more in the future.
