It’s probably a little unfair to ding them a star for installation ease….no installation under the kitchen sink is going to be easy unless they shipped a handyman in the box to do it for you. I bought this pump to replace a previous one purchased from Amazon from a different company that just plan never worked right…I was constantly having to tweak it and beg it to get out of bed and come to work. So now it lives in the dumpster.This one was a little tricky to get going…I suspect it took a few days for all the air bubbles to get out of the line. I love having this attached to a huge Costco sized bottle of dish washing liquid that is so handy to get to. I dilute the detergent 50:50 with water to stretch it and because I’m usually just doing a couple coffee cups or so at a time. So far I have been very pleased and would recommend this product.

Can't say much about it because it does exactly what it's supposed to do and it looks good doing it.

Brilliant design in that you don't have to pour dish detergent into a small hole from a heavy bottle!

Great quality item. Even comes with rubber washers to seal between the counter top and the dispenser! We've connected the supplied plug to a large bottle of soap under the cabinet, this should hopefully last us a very long time! Just as a note: If you are using the long hose be patient when primming it, it takes a bit for the soap to reach the dispenser. A soap bottle is also supplied and it is much larger than the ones you can get at your local home Improvement store. FIVE STARS

My husband just put it yesterday and so far it’s working wonderful. The last one we had was a piece of junk, so I’m hoping this one will continue to work well.

Easy install and swap from a broken reservoir style pump. Having it pump direct from the soap container is convenient.

I didn't work correctly I contacted the manufacturer and after much discussion, they are sending another one. I need to return this one but the return date has expired. Please send another return authorization.

It’s been in service for 3+ months, and still has good suction and no signs of corrosion

Failed after less than one month of use. Not sure what the problem was, but a complete disassembly and reassembly of the pump itself brought it back to life. I shouldn't have to do that. Feel I'll be lucky to get one year of use out of it.Also, the kit lacks a weighted filter/screen for the big bottle tube.

I like the pump itself, but I believe the problem is in the pipe, it is too soft or thin...and the soap supply is very weak or, most times, no soap comes out.I am disappointed

Easy to install and I love the fact that I’m not constantly having to refill the bottle.
