Can it play and snes or neo-geo game? how do you vet the games? the d-pad only has up, down, left and right so how do you play fighting games?

You can play both. I do not vet games as I am only a distributor rather than manufacturer. The d pad is only 4 way but works on the same way that a traditional pad would be simulating a diagonal press being for example both left and up at the same time. Not as good as an Arcade style joystick but pretty standard.

It works but the enjoyment is marred by lots of screen tearing during emulation. This review sums it up perfectly: https://youtu.be/94GT2XkV0q4

does it have rechargeable battery?

Yes it does, and it holds charge great, 6-7 hours in my experience. Regards
