Nice sturdy, inexpensive, durable, microphone stand for your desk.
I like this because it works well, is reasonably priced, and is very sturdy. Pretty heavy, which provides stability for the mic. For a basic microphone stand, you can't go wrong with this one!

Excellent stand!
Very sturdy. As good as my Samson stand that is about the same size. Holds my Sony a6400 with a sigma 16 mm f1.4 lens no problem. Would buy again!

Works fine, but too low for a shock mounted mic
This stand works fine if you don't need a shock mount. The base is wide and heavy enough to secure the mic well and defeat most vibrations. I ran into trouble when trying to mount a R0DE NT2-A mic on a shock mount. The low height (4 1/2") - which would otherwise help stabilize the mic - left too little clearance between the mic and desktop. If you think you might upgrade and someday use this stand with a shock mounted mic, you're better off buying the slightly more expensive On Stage DS7200B Adjustable Desk Microphone Stand, Black . BTW, my copy of this stand also did not have the 3/8 inch male thread.

Perfect stand for the Behinger Eurospeaker
Came with a standard mic threaded end - exactly what I wanted. Screw in the pipe and there ya go ... simple. I bought it for a pair of Eurospeakers I use for monitors for small bands and solo performers/karaoke. It looks like it was made for it - perfect short height and very stable even with the speaker on top. The stands fit neatly in my cable shoebox for the speaker attachments. I am also planning to use them as they were intended - panel and podium mics. I don't see what could go wrong with them. Tech Hint: Don't ship them assembled. I dropped a set of drum mic stands onto a concrete floor. That was a 'me-bad".The pipe split off from the base and a rethread was nearly impossible; very few hardware stores are geared to rethread a mic stand pipe in the proper thread count.

Perfect size & weight for a desktop mic
This is exactly what I was looking for. I had ordered a desktop mic stand previously and it turned out to be tall enough to cover my face if the mic was in front of me. This one is 4.5" and is the perfect height to go along with the standard desk height and have the mic below my face. The base is heavy enough to hold a standard dynamic mic (which is what I have) and the mounts I have for it screw on just fine. Worth the purchase, and I'll probably go ahead and buy a 2nd one to go with mic #2 so I can do interviews & such.

Works great with Blue Yeti
I bought it for my Blue Yeti and it works great. It’s on the heavy side so good for heavy mics as well.

Stubby table top mic stand
A short table-top mic stand for holding my SM7B. If you want to add an inch in height consider adding a Rycote PCS Lite quick release.

Nice and sturdy
Very nice stand, using on my glass-top desk for talkback and a bit for gaming. The base is heavy and solid, rubber feet will keep it from sliding around or scratching the surface of the desk. I have no worry about this tipping over or sliding off. It's also heavy enough to balance most any mic... shown is a Shure SM7B. For my application, it won't see a lot of abuse so I can't comment on that... in fact I'm not even using the extra height with the adjustable post as it is about perfect at the lowest height. If you're comparing to the non-adjustable version, I actually purchased both. The size and weight of the base is about identical on both, but the non-adjustable one is considerably lower in height.
