Great motor at an affordable price!
I only rated this as 4 stars since you cannot replace the worn brushes in these motors. Other than that it has been fantastic for the price. I would recommend it as long as you are not dealing with any water.

Great Upgrade for Tamiya Cars
This motor is underrated. Everyone thinks they need to upgrade these to TZ/RZ/BZ 23T or 19T aftermarket or brushless motors. I used to be like that. I have recently used these with the lowest FDR possible in a Tamiya car and then use NiMh, 2S Lipo, and 3S Lipo to control how much speed I want. Tamiya does all of their R&D on their cars with these motors and it is evident. I am seeing great performance by sticking with these over more expensive aftermarket ones. They're also fairly priced.
