Easy to install.
It was a great price and good quality. Would recommend. It took us about 5 minutes to unpack and install.

Poor instruction guide
Had to create a way to connect to bed other than built in one.

Easy to install on Invacare bed.
There are notches on bed that allow these rails to be installed easily. Spring loaded bars contract and expand with movement of bed angles. Don’t let the rails drop below last hole when dropping the rail for entering or exiting bed; rail may get stuck and will require an hefty upward jerk or rubber mallet to get it unstuck.

Operates very smoothly. Can be raised/lowered to multiple heights. Perfect for hospital bed.

I returned this item because we were given a set by my mothers insurance that was exactly the same. Unfortunately, this is not a good item. My mom occasionally gets her leg stuck in the rails which is very dangerous. Plus I feel like these rails are really low so if I were to put any extra padding on the mattress these would be useless.They are easy to assemble and to lift up and down but it would be better to have a solid piece more like what the hospitals have attached to their beds

Quality and assembly are OK. Do not order if you have a mattress and box spring. The rails do not extend above the mattress. This is for use with just a mattress on a frame.

Get these rails, just not from this supplier
These rails are great. I own an assisted living facility, so I order a lot.For some reason, this specific rails gets shipped in a box that always gets trashed, broken.All our rails came in broken pieces...

They fell apart
I used them for only a month when the little knob that you pull out to slide rail up/down came off. Nice to look at, but not built for heavy use. Invest in something more durable if you need to slide rails allot.

Bad product and delivery was not done poor manner
It is not a safe product, we got hurt by trying to install on the hospital bed, it is not for hospital bed. Plus the way product was delivered was not done carefully, it was left outside in rain.
