First thing: these are much smaller than I expected from the photos. Think about the size of a pencil eraser with extra padding. This is a good thing since they fit entirely inside my ear canal with nothing sticking out, making it perfect for side sleeping. Next the body is all soft silicone, meaning no hard plastic or metal that digs in. Finally I didn't expect something so tiny to actually sound good. It has a good bass range and levels sound pretty even and clear all the way up. They are decent earbuds aside from only using for sleep. For the good price I'm going to pick up a back-up pair. I'm not sure how durable these might be, plus the silicone is not replaceable if it would get torn, but I feel as long as they are not tossed around in a pack with other junk they could last a while.For music they don't get as loud as you might want.

This review is for playing sound. I have not tested these for making phone calls.I have a hubby that snores really loudly. I bought these with the hope that I could drown out some of the sound. They are very comfortable when sleeping on my side, and the cord is long enough to put my cell phone on my beside table with plenty of extra length. Due to their small size, they can fall out as I get comfortable to sleep. But, I just pop them back in with not much trouble. If you have a larger ear canal diameter these may not work for you. There is no way to adjust the earbud size, as it is all one piece.Sound quality seems okay; don't expect much for the price.Two notes: 1) These are not noise cancelling, but they work ask written: they reduce noise by by being inserted into the entrance of the ear canal. They can mask noise just as well as other ear buds.2) There is no built-in volume control. The button on the mic stops and starts music. You can also double-click to skip to the next song. I have not tested the button during phone calls.Playing white noise through these over the past week have improved my sleep quality from a fitbit sleep score of around 73 into the low 80s, and I am getting a lot more deep sleep during the night. I can't say that the improvement is completely from these earbuds vs. the white noise, but combination is definitely helping. 5 stars for price and comfortable during sleep. They are doing everything I need them to do: Be comfortable when I sleep on my side.

I use these almost nightly to listen to music to cancel out my husband’s snoring. They work very well most of the time except for a really heavy snoring night.I like these ear buds a lot except they don’t last long. One bud always stops working after 2-3 months. That’s probably because they take a bit of a beating with regular tossing & turning. But I keep buying them because they’re comfortable & work very well.

I love these earphones so much that I bought them 3 times so far. Absolutely comfortable and fairly good sound for both music and audiobooks.My first one lasted 19 months after I used them every day in my sleep. I don't know how much money I spent for earphones to sleep with before I discovered this amazing product. I have 3 permanent inner ear piercings and most of the earbuds don't fit well but gradually come off and then pop off after 5 minutes or so. Even those with adjustable cushions are too uncomfortable to wear. But these earphones are very soft and so comfortable and stay in place until I wake up hours later.I worked nights and need to sleep during the day with noise all around me. These soft earbuds fit very well into my ear canal and effectively reduce the noise from outside while delivering the music or audiobook I'm listening to. Sometimes I would just wear them without playing anything to have the sound block effect. This product saved my life of working the night shift. Even I toss and turn during the sleep, I never get strangled.After 19 months of service, my first earphones lost the sound on the left side speaker probably due to moisture accumulation (my ears sweat a lot).I had a second one for work - yes, I took those "wired earphones" to work where almost everyone else was sporting airpods. I didn't care. Airpods never served my ear canal for more than 30 seconds, and I needed my earphones to watch videos on my phone during my 3 am break at a hospital respectfully (remember, I worked nights). I carried them in the inner pocket of my work jacket and accidentally washed TWICE. It miraculously survived the first time as it was in a small Ziploc. But it died in the second time because it also went to in the dryer after washing. But it was incredibly tough to service all those abuses I put it through.Now I'm on my 3rd one. Very happy with the performance. I hope this product never gets discontinued. If it should, I would buy like 20 of them for lifetime use.
