Great candy, better then Hershey

I'm not certain what happened in transit, but these arrived and were bad. They crumbled easily and tasted like chalk. I had to throw the entire batch out, and I ordered a lot.

10 bags instead of 12, as advertised. One of the bags was smeared with melted chocolate on the outside, though none of the other bags seemed opened. Small bags also don't seem to contain much inside.

Chocolates arrived melted. It's early March in the northeast there is no excuse for this.

Most of the buttons where broken very disappointing.
