So the drum works fine. Quality is good, and while the speed is slightly slower than a genuine epson product, it is not a significant difference. The two main reasons why I did not give this a 5 star are the noise and the jam.The drum makes this painful squeaking groan when it prints, especially double sided. It does the job, it just lets me know somewhat loudly that it might be in pain.The drum also seems to cause paper jams sometimes. It is not often, but I definitely did not every have as many jamming issues with other products.Overall, I would buy this again for the economy of it. It does print well and with high quality, but it definitely has its frustrations. Worth the price difference? Yes, yes it absolutely is.

This product may be compatible with the Brother printer but the results that you receive from it is very low quality. After a couple of times printing you will have a message pop up on your monitor stating to replace your drum. Now you've only used the printer a couple of time after just putting it in. So you ignore the message because you just changed it and continue using the printer. After a couple of weeks you will start seeing dark lines on the edge of your paper after printing. Depending on how much you use your printer will determine the 1/2" black line that is about 2" in from the edge of the paper. In the meantime you still get the pop up of needing to replace the drum. Within a month of using the drum your brother printer will just no longer print. Because of the price I paid for them I did buy 2 of them. After a couple of weeks of replacing the drum, the same thing kept happening. Brother printers are designed to only use their products in them because the print quality etc. on knock offs just do not work properly. I do not recommend this product in brother printers. You are better off paying the high priced drum & toner for the printer for good quality.

Ordered mid July when printer first started indicating toner was low. I just installed today after print quality got really bad (it is now outside 30 day return window) after the printer jams after printing just one sheet every time. I tried loading more paper and re-seated the cartridge several times. Nothing seems to help and it is useless if I have to remove a jam (and waste a sheet of paper) after every sheet. There does not appear to be a way to contact for assistance. Does not appear to be a way to contact 'Toner Bank' and product seems to no longer be available.EDIT: Seller has indicated will send full refund and stood behind product. Changed to neutral rating - may have just gotten a bad unit.

This drum did not work with my printer. However, I use the brand's cartridge for print material and it has always worked well with my Brother printer. Priced right, works well.

This replacement drum has worked well so far with my printer. At times I still get a “replace the drum” warning but it usually goes away quickly.

This drum appears to be working fine, however, the printer still registers that the drum needs to be replaced, so Im not sure how long it will work for. I installed shortly after receiving and its been almost two months.

Didn’t last as long as ones purchased in local stores, but the product overall performed to our expectations.

Will definetly buy again hands down! Toner is so expensive - which is why I was looking for a less expensive alternative with high quality. I searched and found this toner and read reviews and thought I’ll give it a try. Can I just say this is amazing? it works great prints cleanly and has caused nothing but consistent printing and smiles.
