Design Flaw
As a stapleless stapler, it does work - you can bind together up to 5 sheets of paper reasonably securely. And then separate them easily if you pull along the seam. So it's best for times when you only need to attach papers temporarily; that's why I bought this model. On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend it for any important documents and as I said, nothing consisting of more than 5 thin sheets. However, there is a major design flaw with this stapler which just makes it infuriating to use. You slot about an inch of your papers into the mouth of the stapler, but only the very edge is stapled. The diagram on the back actually specifies 2mm between the crimp and the edge of the paper. 7mm if you staple a corner(!) There is almost no leeway. You MUST make sure your papers are perfectly aligned on top of each other, and then push them in to the very end of the stapler if you even want a part of the crimping to work. I also find that I can almost never do it properly if I hold it in my hand - I have to have it flat on a table.I don't understand why they designed this in such a way. If they even moved the crimping mechanism just 0.5cm closer towards the mouth of the stapler, then it would be much more effective and it wouldn't take me 3 or 4 tries every single time I wanted to staple together two little bits of paper.

GOOD & CLEVER WAY TO STAPLE WITHOUT STAPLES!
This is a good stapler without staples- It links two pages together by perforating them- This is great for short term stapling- It may be good for long-time, but we have not tested that yet!!!Great for stapling a check to a letter! or a note!

Great Little Stapler
Great little stapleless stapler that is well made and quite heavy for what it is and taking its compact size into consideration. Staples 2 or 3 sheets very well and stapled paper can be separated with a careful tug.

Read the reviews
It suits my needs as its used for gathering together several sheets of paper for hard copy filing. The ‘stapling’ is unobtrusive and neat.Read the reviews to get a better idea of whether it might suit you.

Does what it says on the tin
I like that this fastens papers together without running out of staples! For that, it’s brilliant. It only works on 3 or 4 pages at the most, but it does tell you that. It doesn’t claim to be heavy duty. For me though, I don’t like that it only works on the very edge of the paper. It would be better (I think anyway) for the papers to be able to feed in a little further. It would make it feel more secure. Other than that, it fulfils what it says.
