Pinspark Women's Sheer Bolero Shrug Shawl Chiffon Thin Cardigan

I work as an admin for an organization that was having a black tie dinner. I had a formal, sleeveless dress and wanted something light to cover my upper arms that was formal enough to wear with an evening gown. But I also wanted something that I didn’t have to mess with, knowing that I would actually be working that night and moving around a lot. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find anything. So glad I discovered this. It did the job perfectly. This shrug is lightweight and didn’t add any bulk to my dress. I really liked how it has the appearance and feel of a shawl/wrap, but the construction of a fly-away cardigan, so I didn’t have to worry about tying it or pinning it into place and it gave just the right amount of coverage to my upper arms without distracting from my dress. The fit is relaxed. I currently wear a 14/16 in women’s clothing and purchased an xx-large. but I could have actually sized down one size. Prime and free fast shipping allowed me to purchase this less than a week before the event and it arrived in plenty of time. This one is a keeper. I have this black tie event once a year and I always have this issue since evening gowns with sleeves are oftentimes hard to find or a little matronly. Because this shrug is so versatile, it will pair nicely with many different styles of evening gown.

Bought this to go with a navy blue dress that didn't have sleeves for a gala in the winter..Matched perfectly! Sheer enough to see the lace on the dress but kept my arms covered. I got many compliments on it!

Not as pictured. The picture makes it look longer, but it is nothing like the pic. It is cute, but it runs very small. I bought one size larger, and it still barely fits. I like it enough to keep though.

Perfect for evening wear. I wore it over a flapper dress, to take of some of rhe chill of the room, while still keeping the elegance of my attire.

This is a good bolero. It tends to run a little large. The material is sheer. I am 5 ft 1 in, and the bolero hangs around to top of waist.

It was exactly what I had in mind. A light weight cover for a fancy dress at wedding looking over the Pacific.
