My Doberman likes to bark at my dog-hating neighbor (just a few woofs, but it infuriates him). This collar has lots of adjustments for sound, vibration, or light shock - you can turn these features on/off or increase/decrease their intensity. Thus, it is the perfect collar for most dogs. My sensitive Doberman doesn't need the shock - I just turn the sound and vibration on low and she respects it. The size of the unit is smaller and lighter than most (I have several bark collars), which makes it a good fit for many breeds. The battery lasts a really long time and is easy to recharge with the included plug in charger. Once adjusted to your dog, the collar is easy to snap on or off - much better than other brands that have a buckle. You can't beat the price on this great collar!

This thing is terrible and doesn't work.So far it has gone off randomly while my dog was scratching himself (luckily I only use vibrate) and then I came home today to him barking up a storm with the collar on. I took the collar off and decided to do some testing. I tried talking into the area that has the sensor..nothing, tried yelling at it...nothing. I even went as far as putting the thing around my neck and barking.. nothing happened. I did this all while going through the different sensitivity modes and strength modes.

For about two months it works very well but then stops being effective. Also, the collar doesn’t adjust beyond a certain point and it cannot be adjusted without cutting it.

This is our second collar because the first one got misplaced. We really like it and it has helped reduce our dog’s barking. We do leave it on him most of the day because we live in an area with lots of foot traffic and he just barks nonstop. It has really helped with the barking and I love that it’s waterproof so he can play in the sprinklers with the kids. We have the settings on low vibration. The charge had lasted over a week and it does recharge quickly.

This product is very inconsistent. It will only work some of the time when my dog barks. The collar will also randomly go off when my dog is not barking. My dog also seems pretty immune to this product. He has not stopped barking since we have been using this collar for about a month. I’m very disappointed and have seen no results. It is way cheaper than other shock collars, but I wished I had paid money to get one that actually works.

Would be excellent if it lasted. Fried out completely after 3rd charge.Unit got extremely hot and stopped working. Thankfully it was not on my dog when it heated up prior to frying. I believe the internal battery blew up. It is a good unit. Hopefully I just got a lemon. We we see. Im going to try to exchange via amazon and I will update review. If I get another and it lasts or dies out also.Purchased mid August so lasted barely 2 months.

It works when it's on my dog! She is absolutely quiet but she is also very stubborn and smart so when it is off she knows she can bark and scream. She sometimes tries it, even when it is on so if I put it on her but leave it turned off, she eventually realizes.

wanted a product that would keep my tiny 7 pound Chipoo from barking. Set on highest beep and highest vibration, he barks right through it. it does however have a shock feature that i am nervous to use on such a small dog. i can't speak to the success rate in regards to the shock collar aspect of this product.
