First, and most important - this is not the prescription medication Famvir. It's used for a similar purpose, but it's not the same product.I purchased it for someone who swore by the prescription version to eradicate cold sores, but couldn't remember the name. This sounded close enough, and reviews elsewhere seemed to agree, so we went with it. Further research after this was being shipped showed the difference, but they tried it anyway since it was here.After about a week of taking it, they report a fast reduction in the cold sore, and a better healing process. It's also given more energy and less joint pain - a surprising effect, but who am I to argue success?

This is the real deal. I’d get a cold sore when I was really worn down or just stressed. I found a random review saying it would help fight against viruses. I took a pill a day for a month and then spaced out the pills more and more, and now no more cold sores. I don’t think it’s good to take anything on a daily basis for more than 3 mths, so space it out with lots of water, and then take it only when a stress burst brings on a cold sore. It’s changed my life.

Fenvir actually is a true miracle!!! I am a skeptical ,cautios person. I love animals and have 5 cats. 10 years ago I adopted a cat "Socrates" He was a very sickly baby. I discovered Fenvir(a lady at a pet store told me about it) In 2 months my kitty recovered and all problems disappeared.He grew up to be a very healthy extra smart cat. My dear Mom has been bedridden with shingles for months.
