Can it go on a flat wall or is it rounded?

It is flat on the back and has a built in hanger for wall mounting.

Can this survive outdoors in a rainy environment? Just bought it for my father and want to make sure he can display it in his garden.

This could probably handle a little weathering for a little while, but I would suggest one to keep it as an indoor piece to keep the sun from fading it or the rain from softening it or the wind from damaging it with blowing debris. Having it outdoors would also expose it to bird droppings and squirrel bites. This item is a lot cooler when seen in hand-he might change his mind when he sees it.

What are sizes. If you don’t list sizes or specs it must be small

It was just as expected. Not small. I would post a photo, but I can't figure out how to do that. The whole sculpture is about the size of my head, with the faces slightly smaller. It's a really nice piece.

Is it hollow in back or is it solid?

I had a different design but it seemed pretty solid with holes for hanging. Might not be completely solid.

Incredible, creepy and amazing quality!

First, I am writing this review after a terrible incident occurred. I have been a huge fan of design toscano forever! I can’t even tell you how many pieces I have from them. Every time I see they’ve created a product, I know it’s going to be top tier. I saw this and knew I had to have it. I received it and I was even more impressed with it in person, as I usually am. I immediately found a spot for it in my home. Jump forward to last week and it was knocked off the wall from about 5 feet straight down to solid tile floor. I screamed!! I just KNEW it would be in a million pieces. Nope! One crack and a couple of chips which I’m about to work on right now. Once again, I am completely blown away by the quality of their products, even after an absolute catastrophe. How this thing is in one piece, I have absolutely no idea! But, it is! Photo attached after the fall.

Cool bust

I have purchased tuscano products before on Amazon so I know going in they need to be repainted. I like them and buy when on sale because I like them to look better than they do. That said, it's a nice bust. You can see what I mean from the photo (granted the flash drowns it out a bit in the first pic but it's still pretty accurate as to what it looks like upon receiving it, very plain).

100 Times Better In Person! Amazing Detail!

I got this for a steal from the Amazon Warehouse because it was supposed to have several imperfections but it’s perfect and came boxed up like new. I love how the facial expressions are different depending on where I’m standing. The details are incredible and the eyes have a piercing effect. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Mesmerizing

The moment I saw this I could not stop looking at it. The price is really good and it’s very good quality. Small warning ⚠️ be aware of the face that looks at you while you’re sleeping. Each one has a different effect on your dreams. Move them around until you find the one that fits.

Spectacularly Creepy

Looks very sinister- putting it on a wall of creepy faux taxidermy mounts. I’ll post a pic when it’s done- this item fits perfectly with my theme.
