Very pleased with the product.
Very pleased with the product. It arrived a few days before I even expected it, so kudos to the prompt delivery. The cards and wrapping were in mint condition, perfect for collectors such as myself. I will also vouch for the fairness of the packs themselves; the user doesn't seem biased as to which packs they ship and which ones they keep, so if you're worried he's keeping all the packs with Charizard in them you should rest easy. I myself got a pretty good haul; I bought two packs and, along with the common riffraff, I got a Double Colorless Energy, Clefairy, and Mewtwo, all of which I needed for my personal collection. It's pretty expensive, but well worth it for the nostalgic value.

Misinformation
So, as the other review for this item mentioned, this seller, The Gaming Broker, ships only a single booster pack. Now, my issue is with the fact that in the Product features, despite the name of the product "Pokemon Basic American Trading Card Game Booster Pack", it states:Product Features* 1999 - Nintendo - Wizards of the Coast* Pokemon Trading Card GameTHIS* 2 - Booster Packs - 11 Additional Games Cards in Each PackTHIS* Total 22 Cards - Out of Production* CollectibleThe features noted with the, THIS, indicate that the product shipped is in fact two boosters, equaling to 22 cards. However, much like the other reviewer, I received just a single booster. Chalk this up to trusting a merchant too much. I will be sure to simply not purchase anything from The Gaming Broker again, and I suggest you do the same.Pokemon Cards are awesome, however a merchant who is incapable of correctly typing the amount of boosters/cards, isn't.

Expensive price but you review a pack in perfect condition, my boyfriend got a holographic card in each set and is extremely satisfied. Our delivery came quick and it brought him right back to his childhood! :)

But where's the fun in that
I bought two booster packs and was going to leave then unopened since their value will just go up. But where's the fun in that? So after a week I couldn't resist any longer and opened the first one and got a Pidgeotto. Kind of a letdown, So I figured I might as well open the second one and I pulled a freaking Charizard! How lucky is that? So I can vouch that the seller is 100% legitimate and doesn't weigh the packs. If I ever buy more booster packs I'm definitely buying them here.

Awesome Service
I recently purchased 3 booster packs from Stamp and Coin. It was exactly what I wanted and it came 1 day before amazon said I would have it. It is 12.99 for a single booster pack and the packs came in mint condition, definately worth it.

Never buy Pokemon on Amazon
Resealed packs.- 1 pack had 10 cards in it.- Another had 3 Ponyta’s in a row and 2 Diglets in a row.- I had my local card shop look at my last pack and they said the weight was lighter than a real pack (likely less cards in it). And the crimping on the seal was terribly done.

Think On It
My brothers and I recently purchased four packs. We figured, given the high probability of us getting at least one holo/rare card [worth > $5], and the $0.25-$1.50 we could get for the less rare cards, that with 11 cards per pack [of which at least 2 or 3 will be worthless energy/common training cards] we had fair odds of getting around 32-36 cards worth an average of ~$0.75 [$24-$27], and 1-2 cards worth $5-$35 each. So, based on those expectations, we calculated that for the $52.33 we spent on four packs, the absolute worst we could do is have $29 worth of cards. A $24 gamble was acceptable to us, so we purchased the cards. In the end, once all opened and researched, the cumulative value of the cards we received was around $25--we got one holo card [Ninetails].Further, my brothers and I were watching Pokemon right before we ordered the cards. Therefore, upon reflection, this purchase was probably the result of acute-impulsive-Christmas-time-Pokemon-nostalgia, for which we provided ourselves the excuse of potentially turning a profit so that we could convince ourselves that spending $50 on four packs of Pokemon cards was the right thing to do.In conclusion, if you are looking to add to your collection, these cards are delivered in mint condition and truly bring back that childhood excitement of opening the pack [except it wasn't mom's money this time]. But, if you are like my brothers and I, and you need to give yourself some false reassurance that this is going to be some kind of investment, then you may have acute-impulsive-Christmas-time-Pokemon-nostalgia and you probably ought to "think on it" a bit longer.
