Precious Memories

This songbook is a welcome addition in the library of any gospel or county performer. I have been transposing complex religious tunes for a while and playing those tunes with a gospel group at church and find the simplification of Jackson's hymnal choices in this songbook superb and mush easier to play. Chords are very much a necessity in country arrangements but hard to find in hymnals, just as complex timing and key signatures found in church hymnals are hard to deal with, but not with this songbook. These musical scores are a delight to play from. I find that the music and songs in this book are open for a much more soulful and spiritual interpretation than the songs included in standard hymnals.Terry Hart of The Joyful Noise

Ordered as slightly used but any quality difference between that of my item and brand new would be practically indistinguishable. I'm glad I gave it a try and saved a few dollars too!

Great songs. Reminds me of when I was a kid.

This music book compliments Alan's CD of the same name, and contains the music scores of the songs on the cd. It's a well known story among Alan Jackson fans that he made the cd as a gift for his mother, and so many requests were made for it that he decided to publish it. And we are all so glad. Alan is a man of faith, and leads his family in that way. So refreshing in these days.

Continues to ask me for a review every time I turn the page. So here is the review so it'll stop asking me to write a review. Other than that the music great!

This collection of Alan Jackson music is a very nice collection If you like gospel or very religous music this book is for you the sheet music is quite easy to read even for a beginner

Precious Memories This is a sheet music book. I thought it was a book written by Alan Jackson. I gave it to a friend of mine that plays guitar and it can also be used for piano. It goes along with Alan Jackson's Precious Memories CD.

Bought the cd first and then had to have the music, it is very straight forward which is good for me.Very pleased and now want to purchase Precious Moments 2, if there is a book available.

This song book was recomended by a friend and strongly recomend it to anyone else who enjoys playing the piano with the family sing around it. or just playing the piano by themsleves.
