one of my friends recommended me light therapy glasses
I’ve been suffering from sleeplessness for several months. I had trouble falling asleep and woke up frequently at night, and I would wake up several times a night, not just once or twice, and then hard to fall asleep again. These symptoms really ruined my life, I often felt tired and depressed all day long. I’ve tried many ways to solve these sleep problems but failed anyway. Luckily, one of my friends recommended me light therapy glasses, then I tried to search online and found PEGASI at Amazon. Well, I found another brand first. But for the glasses of that brand, it feels too heavy for me, many users said it’s not so friendly to nose, bulky and too tight. My head is quite sensitive and I can’t even wear hairband!Therefore, I eventually chose PEGASI, and I’m so glad that I gave it a try. I’ve been using the glasses every morning and the result is great. I can go to sleep much easier than before and have a deeper sleep. Therefore, my sleep quality has been greatly improved and thanks to good sleep, I become more energetic and concentrated.Frankly speaking, I’m a bit sensitive to strong light, before using the glasses, I was a little bit worried that the light would be too sharp for eyes, but it’s not. The light is delivered from below and feels soft. What’s more, the glasses are easy to charge, only need about an hour, then can be used for three times.
