This stuff really works, it made removing grips and then made it so easy to put on replacements. I recommend using this product every time

Great little kit even for a novice. Watch a couple YouTube videos and you are good to go. Important not to stretch the grip so once on, quickly take an extra grip to make sure they are the same length. Also good to have a drain pan under and don’t be afraid to add more solution, just remember the more you add the messier it is. Good luck it’s definitely worth the effort.

I’m unsure if this is actually “less slippery” than the brand I’ve done dozens of grips with or not.My favorite iron grip refit was tough today on a new to me 9 iron.I wasted the grip. My remover tool damages this brand; obviously they’re tight.I had a spare and really doused it. It went on fine. I apply the fluid over a cookie sheet and so saved the excess fluid.Might have been just me. IDKStill an excellent value — Just use a lot!

Bought this product a few years ago and ran out. Bought a product called HF-100 Advanced Grip Activator. I might as well have used water. Got one grip on with great difficulty and the second one on half way. I had to cut off a new grip and trash. The Wise Guys grip solvent is perfect. No odor, very slippery and doesn’t dry too quickly while installing a new grip. Can’t imagine a better product for the job.

Wow, what a difference. I had been struggling with putting new grips on my golf clubs for about 8 hours one day using a web suggested isopropyl alcohol with little success and sore hands. My wife suggested I purchase this grip solvent and try it. When it arrived I had the remaining grips on in about 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time on anything else. This solvent is the bomb!
