I think it is helping with my endurance.
It is hard for me to give supplements 5 stars , because I take several. I am 70 years of age. I work out pretty well in the summer at least swimming in my HOA pool. I think that I am getting in very good shape and confident that this is part of why my endurance is better than it was a decade ago. I will continue to reorder that is for sure. Maybe I should give it 5 stars . I kind of believe of the half dozen supplements that I am taking this has got to be one of the top 2 .

I use this as a pre workout
This actually makes a pretty good pre workout rather than using stimulants. It increases your circulation and helps you recover between sets. Seems to increase my energy level. No it’s not a miracle, but it definitely gives me a little more edge.
