Description
These are the 1966-68 LPs that saw the incredibly prolific and eclectic Incredible String Band win the hearts of critics and earn a spot at Woodstock: their eponymous debut, "The 5000 Spirits or the Layers of the Onion," "The Hangman's Beautiful Daughter" and their two-part fourth album "Wee Tam & The Big Huge." Eastern instruments and Scottish folk come together on these hypnotizing pieces of musical magic: "Good As Gone," "How Happy I Am," "First Girl I Loved," "The Mad Hatter's Song," "The Minotaur's Song," "Three Is a Green Crown," "A Very Cellular Song," "Nightfall," "Job's Tears," "You Get Brighter," "Maya," "Lordly Nightshade" and more!
