Large Silicone Baking Mat: 71 x 51cm Pastry Rolling Mat for Pizza

This is so useful for helping to roll fondant icing to the correct size. Also makes cleaning up easier afterwards. For us it's been excellent value for money, once it's been used it is easy to clean, let it air dry then roll it round the rolling pin ready for next time.

Works fine for what it’s meant for, only down side is it’s not easy to store without it unfolding, maybe keep an elastic band around it.

Very good size with lots of info printed on it ( Celsius to Fahrenheit. Weight conversions etc). Very sticky but not with residue, just sticky, doesn't move on counter. After rolling pastry out just pick it up and tip excess flour into bin. Cannot fault it. Highly recommend.

Just the job for covering the table when baking, easy clean, handy guides and rolls up when not in use.

I bought the rolling mat to save surfaces from the residue left from hand kneading bread dough. It saves so much mess. I then rolled out 750g of dark blue fondant icing, usually this sticks to the worktop so needs icing sugar adding, and of course that affects the colour. This time the icing rolled out beautifully, didn’t stick and of course kept its colour. The measurement circles made a big difference too, no need to keep using a tape measure to make sure the size was right. Why didn’t I buy this years ago?

Esattamente quello che cercavo. Una protezione per il tavolo che è troppo poroso, aderisce saldamente alla superficie e si pulisce che è una meraviglia. Per quello che mi riguarda lo consiglio.

Die große Silikon‑Backmatte ist wirklich praktisch und erleichtert das Backen enorm. Der Antihaft‑Effekt funktioniert sehr gut – Teigreste und Krümel lassen sich problemlos lösen, und auch das Reinigen ist kinderleicht, selbst ohne Einweichen. Die Größe ist großzügig und bietet ausreichend Platz für verschiedene Backformen, Kekse oder Teige. Die Matte ist flexibel, aber trotzdem rutschfest und kann hohen Temperaturen im Ofen problemlos standhalten. Auch nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch bleibt sie formstabil und verfärbt sich nicht. Insgesamt ein sehr nützliches Küchen‑Accessoire, das bei mir täglich zum Einsatz kommt und das Backen angenehmer macht

Wer wie ich gerne viel Dreck beim Arbeiten (mit Mehl/Teig) macht und gerne so Kleinigkeiten zu Hause optimiert, wird das Teil lieben. Schön groß und einfach zu reinigen. Einziges Manko wäre, dass es selbst etwas Fläche zum Trocknen braucht wenn man nach dem Säubern nicht kurz drüberwischen will. Hätte mir unzähliges Aufwischen und Fegen erspart, wenn ich das früher besessen hätte ^^
