Absolutely love my little computer! It's so beautiful, very lightweight and easy to take with me on the go. I love the backlit keyboard and the ability to detach the screen and use as just a tablet. However, I would LOVE if I could find a protective case (preferably a somewhat heavy-weight type) to use on it when in tablet mode. I'm afraid it will slip out of my hand. You are not able to take pictures with the original case/keyboard attached...although that's quite gorgeous as well. Overall, I'm very pleased cosmetics wise, performance wise, it took a little while to work out the kinks and work past the error codes after switching from Windows 10 S to Pro. I had some issues trying to work between Microsoft and Chrome. I'm used to using Chrome and Google/Google Drive for everything (which I still can, it's just a little different) and now I have to use Microsoft Edge by default until I find my way around a little better. Other than that....still happy! And yes, I'd still recommend, ESPECIALLY since it's a refurbished product! Not too shabby!*UPDATE* Dec. 30, 2022I just wanted everyone to know that this computer is still PERFECT! Absolutely zero issues! Very best computer I've ever used! If you find that the screen is a bit too small, you can by the C-type input to HDMI adapter right here on Amazon for less than $20 and link it to a larger desktop monitor, or Bluetooth the laptop to your Smart TV. It's highly versatile.

Battery lasts all day, charges quickly. Does everything I need it to do. Windows is very stable. Has a very professional look and feel. The tablet screen is huge compared to other tablets which is a plus for me. Switches between tablet and desktop mode smoothly. I have had very minimal problems with this laptop. The only downside is you can't upgrade any of the hardware.

Product was DOA, Windows did not even boot as it wouldn't get past an "unable to boot" error message. I do not recommend this refurbished products to anyone, mine wasn't clearly even tested properly prior to being shipped out!

One should be aware, that this is an ARM laptop with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. It is not fast or capable, but does perfectly things it is created for: light tasks, light web browsing, movies, long battery life... Managed to watch whole Witcher on a single charge

Bought 2 renewed for kids. One unit had a bad screen and I contacted the seller who did a great job sending it a new unit, their response time was about 15 minutes or so. Now I have 2 units that work great. My kids love them and can work on their school work through the Covid-19 stay at home orders and closed schools, and beyond. Received the HP pens and they are a great asset for younger kids to learn to write and draw.

Blown away by the quality. As I refurb, I wasn’t expecting a lot. What I got was the tablet, brand new keyboard and stylus and charger. Not a single scratch or scuff on the unit anywhere. It quite literally, looks new from the box. Awesome little machine. Stoked on the 4g capability!
