Our family owns 2 dogs, a Yellow Labrador Retriever and a Maltese and I have purchased this product twice. The product itself has a light clean citrus based based scent and has effectively cleaned both of our dogs. Having tried many products before discovering Natural Rapport we have found that none can match this product. Unlike it's competitors the shampoo mixes easily with water when applied to our dogs coat, it does not create a slippery blob which falls off onto the pavement as some other brands do, thus there is little to no waste.Instead it lathers nicely and most importantly rinses easily and does not leave a sticky residue which with several of the products we tried actually attracted dirt to our dogs after washing. With the order confirmation of our first purchase the company sent us a helpful link on how to wash our dogs, I know it's not rocket science however we learned a few helpful hints after watching it. This is a great product, so glad to have found it. We have two spare bottles on hand and will order it again!

This shampoo is great. First let me say that I recommend that you brush your pet thoroughly before washing,this is to ensure that all the loose hair has been removed,what I noticed immediately upon applying the shampoo is that the dirt starting coming off immediately after application.now my dog hates it when it's time to give her a bath so it takes two of us to wash her,so with that being said after the washing I let her air dry then I began to brush her, and let me tell you her fur was so soft and fluffy easy to brush through it's almost silky now I have use other products which had her coat kind of stiff and tangle,but not this one I will continue to use this product from now on.i would highly recommend this to all dog owners it truly does what it says on the bottle thanks to natural rapport😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Our dog develops an odor if she does nothing at all, so she gets very stinky after only a couple of weeks. I was hoping this shampoo would more thoroughly neutralize her odor, and it got about 75% there, which is better than other shampoos we've tried. Plus it definitely did not irritate our dog's skin. We will buy this again (but also keep trying to find a shampoo that totally neutralizes the dog's odor).

Picked this shampoo up since it had no needless chemicals (I've formulated products). We eat, drink, etc well so at least I can minimize chemical exposure to my small dog Charlie. I used it a couple of times and liked it. Today my dog rolled in his own poop...a lot of wet, pasty poop was worked into his short coat. I lathered him up twice. He came our clean with a nice scent. He seems not to mind this soap and he does not smell like an air freshener. Girls like him a lot and always want to pet him. I'll buy again.

This dog shampoo has worked well on my small dog. He's been getting a bath once per week with it for over a month now. It leaves his hair soft and doesn't seem to be drying to his skin. No perfume odor, thankfully, but it does take care of the doggy smell, which is very helpful because he gets held a lot and sleeps on the bed. I've been using a small scrubber as shown in the video that Natural Rapport emailed after purchase. That works well also. But when looking to purchase more shampoo to have on hand the price had increased by $5 on Amazon so will wait to see if it goes back down again or if I can purchase at a lower price elsewhere.

I did a lot of research and decided to try this product and am super happy I did. I'm generally a fan of more natural products for my pets but not every natural product works very well. This one does! I have a rough coat St. Bernard that has a LOT of hair and this shampoo has been great for him. It smells great, it doesn't dry out his skin, it's easy to brush him after his bath (so it helps with tangles) and his fur is super soft after he's dry. His coat looks amazing. Very happy with this product. Will continue to use and recommend to other people.

My Scottish Terrier began to scratch to the point where he started balding and creating wounds. When I lathered him, he appeared happier. Usually, he avoids baths like the plague. With this shampoo/conditioner, he was so happy to be bathed. He has yet to scratch since we bathed him. Shipping came as fast as promised. The contents say "plant based ingredients", and I would like to know what they are out of curiosity. The product smells citrusy and it left my Scottie soft and shiny. Also, the company gives discounts!! This is my honest opinion. I was not paid anything or did I receive any discounts from purchasing this product for the first time. I just appreciate a shampoo/conditioner that works for my dog and stops him from scratching.

La verdad que deja el pelo muy suave a mi cachorro. Además con el que usaba anteriormente tendía a rascarse y con este champú, por el momento no le he visto rascarse. No le noto ningún tipo de aroma pero luego le echo un poquito de colonia y ya está . Contenta con la compra.

I have always bought good shampoo and conditioner for my dog. Had problems getting the one I used before. Saw this and thought I would give it a try.Its the BEST shampoo and conditioner I have used on my dog by a long way. It lathered up really well. You don't need to much. After she was washed and dried she had never been so soft and fluffy. Her fur was amazing. This shampoo really did get her clean and all the tangles out, so much easier to brush her.There is no perfume smell with this product, just a clean sort of smell.I will use this now instead of the older product I used to use. Its so much better.
