This is a great kit, though it would be nice if the company had put the names on the top of each bottle. I took them each out of their boxes because they were way to difficult to get out individually. I also took mini labels and taped them onto the top of each with their abbreviation so I could pull the one out that I wanted. Works great for me now.

I became acquainted with cell salts through Homeopathist Joette Calabrese's blog posts and Vinton McCabe's excellent book, The Healing Echo: Discovering Homeopathic Cell Salt Remedies, because I was looking for more natural healing/wellness methods for myself, my husband and pets. I also suffer from chronic headaches that occur between 4-6 times per month and was looking for better pain relief and fewer side-effects than prescription medications were providing. Since I am familiar with gut problems leading to overall health issues and the need for high-quality bodily nutrition, I was intrigued by the idea that supplying key cell salt nutrients to the body could help effect better total health -- what better way than to experiment with seeing what would relieve or even eradicate my stubborn headaches! I am happy to say that two out of the last three headaches were stopped in their tracks with the cell salt that matched the description of the pain. The third was diminished, but not eradicated, probably because I waited too long to take the remedy. I have also experienced better sleep with the cell salts, especially for midcycle awakenings that turn into "opportunities" to get anxious about every little thing. According to McCabe, there are two ways to use cell salts, either nutritionally, i.e., taking them as supplements, or a one-at-a-time, targeted use for specific symptoms. I am following the latter approach because I agree with McCabe's warnings about polypharmacy, which, to me, is the equivalent of throwing everything, rather than the one remedy that would work, at the problem. I see many issues I could have resolved more quickly if I had known about cell salts sooner. A great addition to my healthy-life repertoire!

The cell salts are organized in such a nice, sturdy box. That will make it very easy to keep them all together in a user friendly way.
