This is the closest thing to a Hitachi magic wand that a man will ever get to experience. It is an absolute POWERHOUSE. The guards feel so good on your face. I have a medium amount of body hair and I trimmed my chest/stomach hair for the very first time, and love how it feels/looks. Infinitely better than using scissors to trim my armpit hair.I am being paid absolutely nothing to write this review. My old beard trimmer irritated me every time I used it. The battery was weak, the motor was weak, it took a long time to trim my beard, and I always felt like it was uneven. Multiple multiple passes required.I told all of my male friends about this thing as soon as I used it. It’s going to save me $$$ trips to the barber because it makes trimming my sideburns so easy. The leather case is classy. The heft/build quality of it is fantastic. I’m sure the other Multigroom 7000/9000 packages are great, but this one has the most attachments/flexibility.My god, just do it. I feel like a grown up, finally.

Okay, maybe a 3-star for my looks but like this kit. Just got it yesterday, so, no long term comments here but my initial use was great. Used it to trim down the beard and those pesky nose and ear hairs (sorry if TMI). Charged up fine and attachments all connect easily and stay connected. Easy to maneuver being cordless. Much better than the larger hair trimmer that I've used for years. Only negative comments would be that the packaging was a bit off in that I'm not 100% certain this wasn't a previously returned item. All the parts were there, and it worked fine, so, I'll just go with bad packaging. Everything was in the box but some items (comb and scissors) had slid between the inner packaging and the lid. Other negative comment is that the case is just a big pouch. Will hold things but would be nice if there were some more separation of attachments to better organize them. Still, happy so far with this purchase and would recommend it. Only other comment is that Philip's website has this particular package as no longer available. Interesting as it just came out earlier this year (2019). My guess is the trimmer is still sold but maybe the packaging with a brush, comb and scissors is no longer being done.

I researched heavily about new men’s all-in-one shavers because my old Wahl finally died. I wanted to find a trimmer/shaver that I would be proud to have displayed, but most importantly, that would work in all the areas needed. I finally decided on the Norelco MG7791 and so glad I did. At first unboxing I was impressed, the trimmer itself has a nice weight to it. That makes it look and feel like a good product. The trimmer guards are a thick plastic; this is good because the teeth will not easily bend or break. The guards have identifiers on them so you know exactly what they do, plus there’s a guide in the instructions. This trimmer does everything from hair and beard to nose/ear and body. I first used it to trim my hair and beard. It was sturdy, easy to hold, and trimmed perfectly. I’m no professional so it took me a couple of passes. I’m not ready to try the fade guards, but if you are their are two included. A couple of weeks later I used it to trim again and the battery was still fully charged with no loss in trimming ability. In the first few weeks of owning, I’m very happy with the choice to go with this all purpose trimmer.

First of I was looking for hair trimmer at the same time which I can use it for hair for different part of my body. No lie I am bold and I use it for my side of my head and to trim my facial hair and beard. For example I am bold so I don't need all adjustment hair clipper guard.Overall is a good item.

This is a little more like a professional barber would use than an amateur would use. There are many adaptors for different cutting lengths, and the bag it all fits in is really soft and high quality. But the sheer number of attachments is a little intimidating at first. I'm an amateur and growing my first beard, so I couldn't just open the box and start trimming. Fortunately, there are paper instructions included (but with type so tiny I need a magnifying glass). Also, fortunately, I have a friend who styles hair who explained several things to me. But the machine itself works great, is quiet, and has a long battery life.

I've had a couple of $20 – $30 trimmers that I've used for years until they broke, and I should have expected the jump in quality with these trimmers, but I'm still surprised by how much better these are. I don't have to make multiple passes to cut everything. There are more cutting heads for more body areas. The buzz is a gentle hum, not an abrasive drone. The pieces fit together more securely. The switch is nicer. It's just an all-around impressive trimmer.

I have a beard and this is a nice trimmer. it came with a lot of attachment and sizes to use. Strong motor and sharp blades. This is replacing an old phillups beard trimmer I have had for many years. So old it was probably their first on they made. The battery seems to last. I charged it Christmas day and have not had to charge since. I think she is using it too. But she don't have a beard?
