Has anybody tried this in a smoothie??

If you mix this cocoa with a little water or milk and heat up in microwave for about 30 - 40 seconds it will blend well with your smoothie.

No, it does not. We would also like to assure you that we take food allergies very seriously. Any time one of the top eight allergens or sesame is an ingredient in our product, it is stated in the list of ingredients on the label. Also, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), as well as other strict allergen control methods, are used to prevent crossovers of allergens into other products that do not contain the allergen. In instances where we have a concern about a possible cross-contact by a top eight allergen or sesame that is not an ingredient in the product, we take the added precaution of including an allergy information statement on the label. As always, the most important thing you can do to maintain an allergen-free diet is to read all product labels before each purchase.

I have a question for hershey directly: is this product dutched or alkalized? and does the label indicate whether it is dutched or alkalized? thanks.

This is 100% pure, non-alkalized cocoa.
