The blades are stone ground for a super-sharp cutting edge, each knife is crafted to our proven specification with a specially designed, contoured handle.Constructed from X30 stainless steel, each knife benefits from an official Rockwell hardness rating (HRC) of 52+2 and combines 0.3% carbon which stops the blade from being brittle and 13% chrome which provides corrosion resistance and an anti-tarnish finish.Contains: 9cm/3.5in paring knife, 13cm/5in utility knife, 15cm/6in chefs knife, 23cm/9in bread knife, 25cm/10in carving knife, 40cm/16in magnetic knife rack.Knives should be hand washed then dried before being stored in a block or on a magnetic rack.
