Description Redemption Rye's goal is to bring back classic American Rye. While Federal law states that a whiskey must be 51% rye grain to be classified as a rye, we chose to push our grain content to 95% rye grain which pushes the flavor forward and magnifies the unique profile of the rye grains. Redemption Rye is big and spicy on the nose with toasted oak, vegetal notes, allspice and anise. The palate shows beautiful rye spice with light floral and citrus notes along with dark spices and black pepper.
