It's a good product. I've lost some weight, it increased my energy naturally, and I feel more focused. I'm 51 years young, male and I also seen an increase of semen volume. Good price for the amount. If taken with water, it does not taste good. So mix with juice or other supplements. I mix it with a flavored glutamine and it tastes good. It doesn't really have a smell.

Very good value for your money, but it ruins the taste of anything to which you add it (e.g. the flavored water I use to wash down my nutritional supplements). The best way to take this seems to be to dissolve it in a little water and swallow it quickly.

I love how there is only one ingredient, the ingredient I actually need! Nutricost Acetyl L-Carnitine HCI comes with a little scooper to measure out the service size. I place 1-2 scoops in a small glass of water and chug it down. The taste is not pleasant but I chase it with a bit of orange juice. I take this product for mitochondria dysfunction.

One less bulky pill to take. I mix one scoop in water and drink other supplements with it. It doesn't taste bad, better than plain water.

I read the reviews before buying. I seen a whole lot of it’s sour with no matter what they drink with it. I bought some flavored protein powder with this item. It’s 2 scoops and get 60g protein. I only taste the vanilla taste from the protein powder! I also used oat milk. Hopefully things go as I plan so some weight can come off!
