The Language of Love: Powerful Body Language to Attract the Opposite Sex

Thank you, Mr. Cain
For as long as I can remember, I have suffered from a lack of confidence and I have tried everything, from seminars to therapy to self-help books and even hypnosis, to try and improve it, but nothing has ever worked, or, at least, nothing has ever stuck. That was until I read The Language of Love, specifically the chapter on confidence. His tips, tricks, and general information on confidence has helped me make positive changes that are slowly helping me to at least appear more confident, even if I don’t always feel that way. His “fake it ‘til you are it” tip has definitely changed my life, for sure. I am noticed more at work, as well as with the opposite sex. I am so happy that I have found this book; I’ve ever started recommending it to the other shy, quiet people with whom I am acquainted and I’ve noticed the same changes in them.

NLP and BLR together what an amazingly profound find.
While only practice will make you good. If you read and practice on a continual basis your life will change in profound ways. My circle of influence has been unaware of what I had done but amazed at the results of my practice. People's now are coming to me for advise on how to make these same changes in their lives. Now, I am going to start running workshops for groups to teach them about NLP A and BODY LANGUAGE READING.

Well Written, Thought-Provoking
If you have ever been puzzled by people, especially the opposite sex, then this is the book to read because not only will it help clear up any questions you have, it will do so in an entertaining and enjoyable manner. Too many self-help books are either incredibly dry or so sappy and anecdotal that they are rendered unreadable, but this book is a nice change from that. Very thought-provoking, very well-written, and of course, very helpful.

Definitely helpful on the dating scene
This is not just about understanding body language and how to use it, but the book walks you through different everyday scenarios in which you can use, interpret, and interact with nonverbal signals. These scenarios teach you how to open yourself to others’ advances, open others up to you, and how to reject or know if someone is rejecting you with their nonverbal signals. If you’re playing the field but you don’t have game, get this book!

Good, practical advice on boosting confidence
Stefan Cain talks about using body language to boost your confidence. I don't have trouble with guys, but I know I am horrible with speaking in front of other people in my classes. Before presentations, I'm going to start using some of the things he talked about to make myself feel calmer. Some of the poses he talks about are rather silly, I think, but the breathing techniques and positive thinking are very practical.

Basic and relatively poorly written
Almost every chapter (at least in the kindle version) is followed by an almost identical chapter with only minor differences. It seems the author at some point revised each chapter but instead of using only one of the versions incorporated both into the book! There are also typo and grammatical mistakes. The content is basic and not thorough.

Decent
Had some good basic info for beginners, but nothing special. The review section just adds pages to make the book seem longer. Worth a read though if your new to reading body language.
