Got this for my neck and shoulders and liked it that much I ordered one for my sons house so when I visit I have one there.

I read lots of reviews for similar products and decided to give this one a go and glad I did! It heats easily in the microwave and retains the heat for quite a long time. I suffer with neck/shoulder pain and this definitely helps, so much so I am ordering another one to keep at work. Some reviews have said it's a bit heavy, but I don't find it weighs me down, just sits securely.

Have had wrecked shoulders for years due to my early pre-retirement profession and spent hundreds on massages, so called pain patches, etc., etc., so was quite sceptical, but am SO happy with this padded neck/shoulder heated pad. First of all it really does stay where it is put as it is well filled with a wide span overhanging the shoulders, back and front. Next it folds up easily to pop in the microwave, and stays wonderfully hot for 20+ minutes, but the really good instructions show how often you can re-heat safely so actually wore it all yesterday evening. Can not recommend it more highly, seems a much better product than the other ten or more I looked at.

In my opinion it is way too heavy for its job.I had a bad neck and subsequently hands and could barely lift the thing.

It ripped after first session, and again after 5th. Very flimsy material!Overall, heat is not very warm, but I would still have used if it didn't split all the time!

This heating pad for neck and shoulders is great! Good quality, nicely made, comfortable to wear, retains the heat longer than expected and I like its weight. Love the 4-in high collar to warm up my neck. I use it 15-20 min at a time. Happy that it's made in N. America and doesn't contain harmful chemicals. Also feels good to encourage local businesses. The package included a note form the maker, nice ultimate touch showing respect and offering assistance if there was any issue related to the heating pad. Have only used it for heat therapy so far. Good purchase and would buy again.

I was very excited when I ordered this Heating Pad... but the reality is a bit disappointing.Pros. the pad itself is very well made all the seams are stitched correctlyPros. there is alot of filling in each channelCons. the enitre pad is too small - it does not extend to the edge of my shoulders and is a channel short on each side to fully wrap over the shoulders to the front - I have to wrap my bath robe over it to hold it in placeCons. the directions state you can only heat the unit 90 seconds.. this does not fully heat the pad up it is only luke warmI was so excited to finally find a heating pad that would provide heat up the back of my neck and across my shoulders ... I suffer from migraines ... unfortunately this one is sized for a child

The only reason I held back on giving this wrap a full 5 star review is because of it’s size. I have narrow shoulders and I find this is just a tad small. However is does have a stand up collar which is so nice and the weight is just right. Nice scent, not too strong.
