Unisex Hard Shell Eyeglasses Cases, Protective Case For Glasses

I can’t say a lot about a glasses case, but this one does what I needed. I only had the soft case that came with my prescription glasses, and when I drive or take my glasses with me, I kept worrying they’d get crushed. This hard shell case felt like the best solution. The price is low, the quality is better than I expected, and my glasses fit with no issue. It’s simple, sturdy, and honestly just makes me feel a lot more relaxed carrying my glasses around.

Bought on: August 22nd, 2025. This case has fully met my expectations with its solid quality and impressive durability. I really like the discreet design and compact size, which makes it easy to carry while still offering excellent protection. What stood out to me is how well it absorbs impact: if it falls from a considerable height, it resists the hit and keeps my glasses completely safe. For me, the price was absolutely fair, especially considering the peace of mind and comfort it provides when it comes to protecting my lenses.

[UPDATE 2022-11-18] I have three of these in use. They mostly sit in my house, or in my bag when I go out - that means, places where temperatures are moderate. I went on vacation to a hot climate this summer, though, and left my glasses in one of these cases in the car while out on a hike. When I returned, the inner lining had shriveled up like a Shrinky Dink to the point that the case is no longer usable. My guess is that the inner lining is made from some sort of thermo-sensitive sheet that is heated and formed into place at the factory. (Maybe not; I'm just guessing.) Under the extreme heat of an enclosed car in the desert for a few hours, though, it shrunk even more and separated from the case. I removed the broken inner lining, in hopes of repairing the case. There's a sticky glue over most of the inner surface now, though, such that I can't use the case as-is. I'm going to try to spray the inside with Plasti-Dip to see if I can resurrect it. If that doesn't work, I'll peel it off and recycle the shell, which is metal at least. Still decent cases, but removing one star. As much as I like these, I'd try another brand before getting them again; I should be able to leave my glasses in the car. [ORIGINAL] This case is better than I expected, given some of the negative reviews. The shell is sturdy, it closes very tightly, and measures as advertised. I like the grippy exterior. It's slim and fits in my bag so much better than the bulky stock case that came with my sunglasses. I find this an excellent value for the price, and am considering another for my... ahem... reading glasses that I've just recently had to start carrying everywhere :| For reference, this case fits the Moscot Schlep 58mm sunglasses perfectly. There's a tiny bit of extra space, but I always carry a microfiber cleaning cloth in the case, anyway, and that keeps them from flopping around inside. If this case fits your frames, I recommend it unreservedly. (So far; I'll write back if it breaks prematurely).

Good quality that seems to be holding up well. Generous interior to hold larger glasses without the bulky case. Hard shell does a great job of protecting your valuable glasses.

I like clamshell glass cases because they offer a level of crush protection that neoprene or leather cases don't. This one is fairly slim and accommodates my Rayban and other glasses. But make sure to measure your glasses to make sure they fit - one of my glasses don't fit, but I'm still keeping this case, as I purchased it for my other glasses. Priced right and functions as well as could be expected.
