What is the typical charge time for empty batteries?

Mine is more than 24hrs but its still on one bar of charging my C batteries😤

Has anyone tried charging the EBL 9v 600 mAh Li-ion batteries with this charger? I know it doesn't mention Li-ion but I was curious.

I cannot get this device to charge EBL 9V NiMH batteries. I tried 2 of them and the red light inside the charger lights up, but no charging, no voltage occurs. This is an EBL charger and EBL batteries! The charger will charge other EBL batteries like AAAs and AAs. Is it defective?

How do I file a warranty claim? 3 out of 4 C batteries won't charge

I found a trick online that RESTORED ALL MY BATTERIES. It looks like magic but it worked for me on 8 batteries. You can google it and find the videos. Basically: find two short wires. Connect a bad battery with a good battery for 3-4 seconds (male to male, female to female). This will resurrect the bad battery but drain the good one. Now charge them both. Again, this trick salvaged 8 batteries I already put for recycling.
