Wafers are a type of food that isn't easy to recreate... or I just haven't found the right recipe to inspire me to recreate. So until then, these will do. They're very good.

These are so good I have to hide them in a cabinet above the fridge so I don't eat them all in one sitting. Hopefully amazon keeps selling these because they're not easy to find locally.
