Kitchen Krafts Nativity Chocolate Candy Mold Set

Great mold. I gave it 4 stars because the molds are different depths so the chocolate tends to run. One of the shepherds has his head break off 3 out 5 times so be prepared to remold him a lot. It seemed to work better if I balance the mold inside of a pan to help level it out

The key is to let the little guys freeze for a while before popping them out. Maybe spraying the mold with oil would help, but I'm concerned it might react with the chocolate and hinder the hardening. I use melted chocolate for glue to assemble everyone and sometimes use different colors of chocolate for different characters or even details. Our new family tradition of eating baby Jesus for Christmas. I set the nativity up during advent for my mum on a cake display stand with a cover to keep Baby Jesus safe till his birthday sacrifice.

Works well for making nativity set candies.

Every year I make a cake for Christmas featuring the Nativity in some sort. I found this mold that was extremely easy to use. I used white chocolate on a dark chocolate frosted tier cake and the effect was beautiful! I even used this to make candies for some children in my Sunday School class and they loved them. It is a simple way to bring the birth of Jesus back into the focus of Christmas.

Bought this mold set for chocolate making/ gifts around the holidays. The product arrived early (thank you), the molds were good quality, and the detail is great. Would recommend this product for candy making. I can't say for sure about any other application, but I can imagine it would work with soaps, waxes, etc.

They arrived sooner than expected, and was exactly what I wanted. Has two molds which includes a stable that's not pictured.
