Nice, but a little uncomfortable.
This is a great case. It surrounds the PSP and leaves you places to plug stuff in and reach the power switch. Most of the reviews cover this. I decided to tell you other things.1) The case adds some bulk to the sleek psp. It's to be expected for a hard shell case.2) The case has hard edges when open. Makes it a little uncomfortable to play for long periods of time within the case. See #3.3) The PSP rests in the case. So you can easily take it out -- actually it will fall out. Depending on your opinion this can be good or bad. I like it - means I can (and usually do) play outside the case and easily drop it in the case when I'm done to throw it in my Timbuk2.4) You'll probably still want one of those plastic film screen protectors, just to be safe.5) The top opens back and stands up on a table (perfect for in flight movies!)6) During playback, the top can somewhat get in the way, again, depending on how you like to play. All this said, my rating is a little deduction for the slight discomfort during playing.

Not for new PSPs
This is a great case for an OLD PSP. The PSP 3000 not only fits loosely in it, but the cut outs are different so that you cannot access the headphone port while it's in the case. I have this case that the PSP 3000 does fit in (I guess it's the SLIM version that isn't available) and it's wonderful. I bought this one for my kid's PSP and lost my money, thinking it was the same case - bought from a third party, and threw away the wrapping before checking. Don't buy it for a new version of the PSP - you'll regret it.

For your PSP storage only, could also be customized!!!
You can play your PSP when it is in the case but is not as good as other full protector cases that are in the market. That's because when playing your PSP the PSP is exposed and if it falls while playing it there is no way to sve it from scratches or even get broken. That's the total true about this case. But in the other hand if all you want if leave your PSP inside the case just for storage and keep it safe, then this is the case you will rally need. Why? Because it is a very strong material, you can customize how it looks by adding any picture you desire to make it look attractive, and because you can use it for those days when you travel and just wanna play some music while leaving the PSP inside the case fully protected from scratches and system injuries. Highly recommend this one for storage only!!!

Read this if you want to know about this CASE
If your looking for a good review about this wonderful case than its your lucky day!Pros1. it's made with a strong plastic on the outside that they say is unbreakable.(did some drop tests and everything went smooth)2. You can change the style of the case by putting pictures.3. There are holes at the corners. two in the front where the L & R buttons are so you can play your psp while its in the case and two in the back so you can charge your psp while its in the case.4. There are 3 ways the case can be used. 1. as a case duh! 2. as a sun blocker and 3. a movie holderNow the cons5. There is no room 4 anything but the psp.6. After a few months (or depending how many times you dropped it) it gets all scratched up.7. you have to be carefull beacause all the corners are open.Personally, i love this case and hopefully you will to.

Not for PSP3000 and kids
I bought this case based on the reviews for my kids PSP3000. This case does not hold the PSP securely at all. It's not like a Nerf case is to the DSi which encompasses the unit so if your child drops it while playing there will be some protection. I can take the case with the unit and turn it over and the PSP just falls right out. Although there is a bit of wiggle room I do think it would be fairly well protected if dropped while the case is closed. However, that's not what I need for my kids. This is our first PSP so I can't tell if the unit has decreased in size or has always been this way. I did read a number of reviews prior to purchasing it and expected a more secure case. Now, I have to search again and hope to find something that will work.Update: After purchasing a skin for $10 from Gamestop now the Logitech case fits and hold the PSP securely. It seems pretty outrageous to spend $43 on a case plus the skin, but after all the searching and looking around I've found there are not as many accessories for the PSP versus the Nintendo. The Nerf Armor cost only $16.99 at Best Buy for the XL.

Pocket? I don't think so.
I'm a pretty careful person. I wasn't too worried about my PSP getting banged up when playing games or transporting it. What I really wanted was a case to protect it when I use my PSP as an mp3 player. I figured since this case has open corners I could plug my headphones in and shove the psp in my pocket to listen to mp3s.Sure, it does a good job of keeping the case and screen from getting damaged while it sits in my pocket. However, there are two major problems with using it this way. First of all, with the shoulder buttons exposed they're still just as likely to accidentally get pressed as they are without the case. This means the thing will still jump tracks like crazy if I do anything more jostling that sitting completely still.Even worse though is that all the face buttons (the d-pad, the right thumb buttons, and all the little buttons along the bottom edge) get pressed when you close the case. I guess the padding material presses pretty hard against these parts of the psp to keep it from shifting around. This means if you start playing your music and then close the case, who knows what's going to happen? Maybe it'll keep playing, maybe the volume will turn way up or way down, or maybe it'll just stop.Sure, the case protects the PSP. But it also makes it unusable when completely closed. Maybe a case like that doesn't really exist, but I'll keep looking.
