I had not noticed that my blood tests have shown my phosphorus level dropping (also calcium) over the years until it finally fell below 2.4. First time taking this supplement felt like a triple espresso for the whole day and I have felt so much more energetic over the last few weeks just taking this 50mg/1ml dose in the morning. With further research, I realized that this is a 15% phosphoric acid solution (31.6% phosphorus in phosphoric acid = 47.5mg/1ml) so I am switching to a more thrifty 10% bulk (beer making) solution which calculates to 31.6mg/1ml ;-) PS. don't forget iodine! Without iodine the phosphorus may not have an effect, if hypothyroidism is the cause of your low phosphorus, like me. I forgot and became super tired in the evening. I felt the phosphorus had stopped working but a dose of iodine (eg. two drops in water once or twice a week) brought my energy back!

I believe I got what I paid for... Who knows???

This did help with increasing my energy level thought my doc told me to be careful as it can damage the enamel on my teeth. So once I add to my drink, I use a straw.

It is better for me to have a liquid form. I have difficulty with pills swallowing them. There doesn’t seem to be any difference in effectiveness.

This could damage tooth enamel. I took one dose and noticed that my teeth suddenly felt rougher on the surface where it's normally smooth. I rinsed my mouth quickly, but I still have the roughness on the enamel. This is ionized orthophosphoric acid listed as the ingredient. I threw this bottle away since there's a no return policy. Just be careful with it. There's no warning on the bottle about that.

Great product Strong taste but it is normal for the substance
